Trickle x Purpose HR Working Together to Better HR
Read about how Trickle and Purpose HR are working together towards a better approach to people management.
Two companies that are both committed to enhancing the employee experience are now working together for the same aim.
The Company Backgrounds
Trickle is an employee engagement platform that enables organisations to empower their employees to create harmonious and productive working environments.
Their software enables organisations to get accurate, real-time insights into the opinions and feelings of their employees. Staff can raise concerns anonymously, collaborate with each other and have a far greater input into the direction of the company. This data can then be leveraged to make more informed decisions, which lead to desired business outcomes such as increased productivity and higher retention rates.
Trickle is already helping a wide range of organisations including Scottish central and local government, a number of NHS health boards and private businesses create first-class cultures and drive tangible business returns from becoming more inclusive, transparent and agile.
Some of Trickle’s long list of customers and testimonials include The Scottish Government, Food Standards Scotland, Eden Scott and West Dunbartonshire Council.
Purpose HR, an AAB Group Company, is a HR advisory service that operates in the life sciences, engineering and technology sectors. They provide companies of varying sizes with the relevant HR frameworks to help businesses attract and retain the best talent in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Purpose HR has an extensive client base including Modulr, UDrafter and Administrate. They also recently announced their acquisition by Anderson Anderson & Brown (AAB), the tech-enabled business critical services group, that has acquired a majority stake in Edinburgh-based organisation. The acquisition follows AAB announcing its ambitious growth plans to become a £50 million revenue group by 2025 and its recent merger with Glasgow-based accountants Hardie Caldwell and Leeds-based accountants Sagars.
The deal with Purpose HR not only adds a new dimension to the group’s growing central belt presence but provides exciting growth opportunities across the UK and internationally.
The Mutual Company Benefits
Purpose HR is now a ‘Flare’ responder on the Trickle platform. A flare can be raised within the Trickle platform when an employee needs external assistance with an issue.
A flare can be raised anonymously if preferred, similar to how a captain of a ship might send up a flare if they are in some type of distress. If an employee raises a flare, they will be given a direct line to the Purpose HR team who will assist in solving the matter. Trickle is excited to be able to offer this service to their employees and believe the additional support it will give greater peace of mind to its employees.
Purpose HR are also a Trickle customer and will enjoy all the aforementioned benefits of their platform as a result. They are looking forward to taking the learnings from Trickle to enhance their own employee and customer experiences.
